Inheritance

This review is on Christopher Paolini's series Inheritance

In the book a young farm boy of 15 chances upon a blue stone while hunting. Although it seems a somewhat normal rock to the boy it is actually more than meets the eye. Not much after finding the stone he sets out on an epic adventure to free the land of Alegaisa

It is a good book but I wouldn't recommend it to younger readers because of the many hard-to-pronounce words and also there is some profanity. All in all i rate this 4.5 out of 5 stars

My Favorite Series

Here is an updated version of my favorite series. (they aren't in order.)

  • The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
  • The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis
  • The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien
  • The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson
  • Sackett's land by Luis L'Amour

Tebow Time

Today's review is of Tim Tebow's auto-biography "Through My Eyes". You can buy it here. It is Tebow's life story from when his mother was pregnant with him, to now. I like this book is because it is inspiring, and when he's writing about his childhood it's funny. I think this is a 5 star book.

The Adventures of Book Boy

My name is Isaac, aka Book Boy.  I love books.  I started this blog to share my love of books with my family and friends.  My first post is a list of my 5 favorite book series.  I really like reading series because the characters are more well developed and the author can be a lot more detailed.  Here are my five favorites:

1. The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis

2. The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson

3. The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien

4. The Space Trilogy by C. S. Lewis

5. The Hardy Boys by Franklin W. Dixon

In upcoming posts I will review some of the books I have read or books I am reading.  I hope to give you an overview and rate the books as well as letting you know what the reading level is.  Until then keep on reading!
